  • Delivery: We ship within the UK. We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery to a specific location is restricted by local licensing laws.
  • Returns & Refunds: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods if they are faulty or not as described.
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
